Dow Corning’s North East Europe Customer Service Centre in Meriden, near Coventry, is responsible for delivering consistency in the management of customer relationships and ensuring customers can access assistance across a wide range of commercial issues via a single point of contact. Meriden also serves as Dow Corning’s Northern European Sales Centre, where a number of pan-European sales professionals are actively engaged in identifying and actioning new business opportunities, whilst enabling existing customers to achieve better results via a diverse range of business solutions.
